Refund policy

We accept returns on all products within 30 days after delivery. There is no restocking fee. Rambowtech pays return shipping for deliveries within the 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC. For other supported destinations, customers pay return shipping.

To start a return, use our contact form or email sales@rambowtech.com with your order number and the item you want to return.

This return policy does not limit any rights or remedies you may have under applicable law or any applicable product warranty.

Our support hours are Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM Pacific. You can email anytime; we reply during support hours.

Returned items are inspected upon receipt before a refund is processed.
